Randy & Deena Reeds
Randy grew up in West Michigan and has worked full time as a Realtor for almost 35 years. Randy has helped his clients with buying or selling over 3,300 properties so far during his career. He and his wife Deena have five children and three granddaughters, all of whom still live in the area. Deena also works at the office. Together Randy and Deena enjoy helping people find their new home or selling their existing one. They enjoy sneaking away to their little cottage by Round Lake as often as they can and taking walks together in the evenings around their property.

Brandi Harr
Brandi was born and raised in the Grand Rapids area, growing up in Forest Hills. After high school, Brandi bought and renovated her first home, starting her passion in real estate. She completed her bachelor's degree from Cornerstone University in Finance and Economics. After graduating, she became a Personal Banker with Chase Bank, that led to being a Branch Manager at multiple Grand Rapids locations. Always knowing Real Estate would be a great fit, Brandi left Chase to pursue a career as a Realtor in 2015. In just under 4 years in Real Estate, Brandi has helped over 100 clients buy or sell a home. In Brandi’s spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband Nate and son Ellis, and working on home renovations.

Nate Harr

Nate is a lifelong Grand Rapids resident, attending Rockford High School and graduating from Grand Valley State University in 2011 with a bachelors degree in Marketing. He began his professional career in Sales with Xerox, getting rookie of the year honors his first year. After 5 years, and gaining a wealth of real-world knowledge, it was time to join his family in full-time Real Estate sales. As the nephew of Randy Reeds, broker of Reeds Realty, it had always felt right to follow in the family’s business. He began getting involved in Real estate and renovations with his wife Brandi when they were 18 years old. As of 2016, they have been a husband and wife team for their clients. Together they enjoy traveling, spending time with their son Ellis, and continuing to grow the best real estate team in Grand Rapids.


Karla Wagner

Karla has a thorough understanding of West Michigan having grown up in the Hudsonville/Jenison area. She has 2 children and 5 grandchildren and currently lives in Rockford and attends Bauer Christian Reformed Church. Her professional experience includes: 33 years of residential construction (Custom Homes) with experience in all aspects of home construction,  architectural, interior design, seven years of tax preparation, 4 years of banking experience as a Financial Services Consultant including a securities license, and 4 years in all aspects of estate sales and services. She will soon be the proud owner of Great Lakes Antiques and Artisans and Aunt Belle's Kitchen in Rockford. She was the former owner and operator of Indian Creek Equestrian Center, she ran a marathon in 2009 for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Team and since has run in three marathons.  She has volunteered with the Kent County Sheriffs Department's Traffic Squad and she offers a special discount to all law enforcement, firefighters and military personnel.

Darren Barbo

Darren is a United States Marine Corps Veteran and proudly served in OEF (Operation Enduring Freedom) in 2003. He is a West Michigan native being born and raised in Ludington. He has lived on the West Side of Grand Rapids for over 15 years and says he's "proud to be a West Sider!" Darren has a bachelor's degree in Political Science/Pre-Law and also has a Law Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Outside of being a realtor, Darren has worked extensively in the construction and property management industries with a combined experience of over 15 years.  He and his wife of 17 years have two children. Darren and his wife have become a basketball coaching tandem and really enjoy coaching their children's teams. He is a Detroit Lions fan and enjoys being in the outdoors with his family.  "I love that being a Realtor allows me to help people, as a friend, advocate, and trusted advisor. Ultimately a home is about memories. Finding the next place where memories are made is the most rewarding part of being a Realtor!"


Wendy Harr

Wendy graduated from Rockford High School and Grand Rapids Junior College and she attended Aquinas College for business.  She married Larry Harr in 1985 raised two children, Nathan and Emily.  After working in administration in the furniture and manufacturing industries, she and Larry ran a small business for 17 years, retiring in 2015. When Reeds Realty needed a bookkeeper, Wendy jumped at the chance to work with her family.  She enjoys golf, home improvement projects, and spending time with her grandson Ellis.

Jady McLean

Jady grew up in the Standale area and graduated from Grandville High School. She is the mother of four, grandmother of two, and since being widowed in 2017 she has turned into "that" person by taking her 4 legged baby with her wherever she goes.  Fender, the mascot of Reeds Realty, is an American Staffordshire Terrier and you will find him at the office with Jady almost every day.  She worked administration in the tool and die industry for over 20 years and was the general manager for the GVSU Division II Men's Hockey team that her husband Denny coached. After her husband became disabled they started a home-based travel agency and also began network marketing. Jady started at Reeds Realty in 2013 and fell in love with this career choice. "I cannot express enough, the gratitude and appreciation that I have for Randy Reeds and the Reeds Realty family. They have been a Godsend to me and my family!"
